Welcome to Kidvolio Limtied (“Kidvolio”, “we”, “us” and “our”). By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Agreement”). Please review these terms carefully. By accessing the Site or registering or placing an order, you agree with all the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms of service, do not access or use our website or services.
Kidvolio provides artwork digitizing services, a service for transforming artwork into high-quality, customized art books. Our services include receiving your artwork, photographing and designing the book, and delivering the finished product to you.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, as order confirmations are automatically generated and send to provided contact. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches, and log out at the end of each session.
You should be aware that the Site is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use the Services without your parent or legal guardian.

Fees and Payment

Kidvolio Box payment has a validity of ninety (90) days from the time of transaction and are invalid after that. It is your responsibility to ensure that your artwork has been sent to Kidvolio within this ninety (90) days timeframe. After this period expires, your order will no longer be valid and no refund will be issued.
Once any artwork is shipped to us, there will be no refund possible. You acknowledge and agree that if you choose not to purchase any books, you are required to pay in full the cost to professionally photograph and digitize all the artworks you provided. The minimum digitation fee is HK$500 and covers the first 25 photographs of your artwork; for additional after the first 25, you will be charged HK$15 per image.
Kidvolio does not allow any cancellation of orders once you have placed the order and settled the invoice. Work will not begin on a book or product until we received payment. All complaints must be lodges within 7 days after the final order delivery and receipt of the completed service. Shipping and Delivery

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the courier. In the event of a lost or damaged package, please contact the courier directly for assistance. Should artwork go missing in transit, Kidvolio will not held responsible for the lost or damaged of the artwork, nor will any compensation for the lost or damaged of original artwork be provided. Kidvolio encourages you to maintain your own backup of any artwork that you submit to Kidvolio.
If you are not available when your order is delivered, the courier may contact you to re-arrange delivery at an alternative time. Kidvolio is not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to incorrectly provided addresses.
For digital files, they are accessible for a specified number of days upon email notice sent to you. Digital files are deleted from the Kidvolio systems after the specific number of days have passed.

Returns and Refunds

Kidvolio cannot offer refunds as our products are made to order, but we will replace any faulty products only if it is evident that they were damaged before arriving at your doorstep. You must contact Kidvolio within 7 days after the order is delivered to you, with photographic evidence of the condition of the package to enable us to determine if the product was damaged during delivery to you.
You can choose to have all your original artwork returned for an additional fee. If you opt not to have it returned, you grant Kidvolio permission to dispose of all received artwork within 7 days of dispatching your final product (s). We may recycle or donate it to hospitals, nursing homes, or retirement homes, in our sole discretion. Kidvolio is not liable for any change of mind.

Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Kidvolio and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Kidvolio and protected by international copyright laws.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this site without the express written consent of Kidvolio.
By submitting any content to Kidvolio, you grant Kidvolio a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the services provided by Kidvolio and across different media.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kidvolio and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use our services.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
This limitation of liability applies to, without limitation:
  • Loss, damage, or destruction of original artwork submitted to Kidvolio;
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
  • Statements or conduct of any third party on our services;
  • Delays in processing or delivering your final product;
  • Any other matter related to our services.
In no event shall Kidvolio’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing our services during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Hong Kong SAR.

Changes to Terms

By accessing the Site or registering, you agree with all the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms of Service from time to time, and your continuing use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to any changed terms and conditions.
